visual studio - How to change background color on certain columns and rows in SSRS?

Question

We know how to change the background color on rows but I need to change the background color on certain columns.

So far, I was able to change the background color when =IIF(Fields!BenchPeriod.Value="BENCH180","DarkSeaGreen","Transparent")

Below is a screenshot of what I want it to look like.

Any guidance is appreciated!
