php - On PhpMyAdmin I can't found my projects and create new database (no privigege)

Question

recently i follow an online course on Udemy and in order to create a dynamic website online i need in the process to just create a new database, but apparently i am not autorised to do this, maybe i've done a mistake on courses that i've saw before. I link to you a screen so you can check it. PS: The langage is set up in French, but you can see that i am unable to create database and i can affirm that my folders that i implements in the left side of the windows disapeared. enter image description here enter image description here
