expo cli - Redirect or iframe web to app in react native

Question

im new in react, an im trying to make a simple "not quite" app, just for academic purposes, the idea is when a user clicks on the app icon on the mobile dashboard it redirects to a website (responsive), so my question is that i need to create a react iframe or some kind? Waht are the events or the doc info to make it? Is the icon link one a redirect or there is a iframe included.
