I was curious as to how if polymorphism should be used with CQRS.
class Animal {
public void animalSound() {
System.out.println("The animal makes a sound");
}
}
class Pig extends Animal {
....other fields
public void animalSound() {
System.out.println("The pig says: wee wee");
}
}
class Dog extends Animal {
public void animalSound() {
System.out.println("The dog says: bow wow");
}
}
Say there is objects like this. Pig and Dog both inherit from Animal. But Pig has a few more fields than Dog or other Pets do that is unique for it.
What are good patterns for polymorphism being using with Aggregates in CQRS?
