python 3.7 - Does pickle remember loaded packages from the script it was called from

Question

I am using gp_minimize (skopt) to optimize a multibody simulation in pybullet and pickle the optimization results (the gaussian model) to analyze later.

When I load the pickled data the python console tells me that pybullet was loaded. Why does the pickle file know about the packages that were loaded before?
