java - server.ssl.enabled-protocols=TLSv1.3 - JdkSslContex : Default protocols (JDK): [TLSv1.3, TLSv1.2, TLSv1.1, TLSv1] - property not working?

Small question I have as this is quite puzzling me.

With a SpringBoot application, I set:

server.ssl.client-auth=need
server.ssl.enabled-protocols=TLSv1.3
server.ssl.enabled=true

But for some reason, during the app start up, I still see this in the logs. JdkSslContext : Default protocols (JDK): [TLSv1.3, TLSv1.2, TLSv1.1, TLSv1]

May I ask if this is expected? Is there a way to "force" TLSv1.3 only please?

Thank you
