react-redux 的mapDispatchToProps问题

const mapDispatchToProps = (dispatch) => {
  return {

      dispatch(requestGetUserInfo(data))
    }
  }

}

export default connect(mapStateToProps, mapDispatchToProps)(memo(Home))

// actionCreators.js

export const requestGetUserInfo = (data,b) =>{
  return (dispatch) => {

不太明白 在actionCreators.js的 requestGetUserInfo 方法中返回的函数中为什么可以拿到dispatch方法 请知道的大佬讲一下?
