amazon s3 - How to pull existing statefile from s3 and push to different path in the same bucket?

Question

I have aws resources configured including cognito resource and statefile has been pushed to s3 bucket. Now I would like to pull the existing statefile from s3 and push only cognito related information to different path in the same s3 bucket. How to achieve this?
