qt - How can I add new Language to Outline View?

There is a declarative language name QML that is from Qt. I want to see elements of the .qml file in outline view, so what should I do?

Should create a new extension or just adding something somewhere will fix the problem?

This question is completely about VSCode, not qml or any other language. Just want to know if there is not any language in the VSCode list to show function lists in OUTLINE, what should we do!?
