visual studio - Virus Warning when Running my program after moving it to a new directory

Question

I just installed windows 10 from Windows 7. Now when I run my program I get a Data Protector error when I click one of the buttons in my program. This button loads an image from a directory. This only happens with images.

However this only happens when I copy and paste my entire program to a new directory. So strange.

I am using Visual Studio and Norton. When I disable Data Protector the images load fine without any warning.

Any ideas? Thanks
