I read all the forums on this topic. All the troubleshooting tips have been checked by me, but there is no reason to change anything in the files, because I have not changed anything, nor have I installed or reinstalled anything. Just in the evening everything was fine, I put the computer on "sleep" without closing phpMyAdmin and the site Administrator. And the next day, when I turned it on, I could not log in to the site administrator (Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session), the site itself did not work and showed the same caption, and phpMyAdmin showed "The mysqli extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration. See our documentation for more information." This happens on (xampp) with PHP 7.2
