Run Express server using Heroku workers

Question

I want to host an application (Discord bot) which has to be always on and that applications runs an Express server.

The problem is that it won't work without the web resource and when both worker and web are enabled, my app makes everything doubled.

How can I make it so that I can run the web and the application constantly?
