windows 7 - Why Apache httpd showing missing dll files error even if the Apache service turns up without error?

Question

I have Apache httpd server v2.2.17 x32 installed in my Windows 7 x32 PC. Apache entry appeared in windows services and I am able to start it successfully. After stopping the service and if I manually execute httpd.exe from bin folder, I am getting dll file missing error (libglib-2.0-0.dll, libintl-8.dll, libconv-2.dll, OCI.dll etc). After closing all the popup windows, surprisingly, I am able to access localhost in my browser.

Somebody please tell me why I am seeing dll missing popups and how to fix this?
