angular - How to hide specific aggregation in ag grid side panel

Question

I would like to hide the aggregation select in the side panel of ag grid but just for some specific types of aggregation (For example I would like to keep the "sum" one but not the custom one I created and that you can see in the picture below). The idea is that I would like to keep this aggregation but not allow the user to modify it through the side panel.

Is there a way to do this?
