I cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing the navbar collapse toggle to not work. It properly renders when the viewport is small, and yes, I do have the bootstrap javascript library (with popper included) linked to the html. I've compared it to the example in the documentation a thousand times and nothing looks wrong, but yet it does not work. Any help would be appreciated
