Web components solution for an iframed third party html page

Can't seem to locate an answer for this, but is there a solution for including a third party html page IN my page with web-component. So, I want to remove my iframe solution.

  1. Use web component way to include third party html
  2. Be able to communicate between my parent page and the web component, ie. track clicks and such.

I don't need "part" of the page, but all of it. Is there a way to do this using web components?
