python - tf.train.example output to dataframe

Question

I would like to convert a few data-points in a tf.train.Example record shown below into Dataframe to make them human-readable. I tried to use a python library pandas-tfrecords 0.1.4 converter but it can only convert the entire tfrecord file to dataframe which i do not need. tips will be appreciated

Note: This is Taxi Trips dataset from the City of Chicago. The columns are: company, dropoff_census_tract, dropoff_community_area, dropoff_latitude, dropoff_longitude, fare, payment_type, pickup_census_tract, pickup_community_area, pickup_latitude, pickup_longitude, tips, trip_miles, trip_seconds, trip_start_day, trip_start_hour, trip_start_month, trip_start_timestamp.
