html - textarea show/hide based on extension installed

I am new here and no experience but interested in learning something

I am trying to share code using Textarea in HTML but I want this textarea to be hidden unless the user installs the extension

by searching online I found some tricks and after installing the extension, I am getting in my link the extension ID (https://mywebsite.com#ExtensionID)

my question how to program in Html if ExtensionID is detected then the code in the textarea should show to users?

I am sorry for my bad English as well as programming skills and appreciate if someone can help, please
