dns - system-resolved service need to restart after boot for resolve ipv6 and ipv4 addresses

Question

After configuration of ipv4 dns and ipv6 dns, I must restart the service after reboot to resolve ipv6 addresses.

Host system-ipsec not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
root@z5-manager:~# nslookup system-ipsec
Server:     127.0.0.53
Address:    127.0.0.53#53

** server can't find ssystem-ipsec: NXDOMAIN


root@z5-manager:~# systemctl restart systemd-resolved.service
root@z5-manager:~# nslookup system-ipsec
Server:     127.0.0.53
Address:    127.0.0.53#53
