spring - How to add items to a list using a combobox?

Question

I want to append items selected from a combobox to a table. And on form submit, I want all the items from the table to become a list of the command object.

Situation

There is a class called 'Tool'. And this Tool class has a list of "Distribution Points".

On The User Interface:

A user selects an item (Distribution location) from a combobox aka Option(HTML) and add it to a table.

Expected behaviour:

The user click on 'submit' on the form, everything on the table is saved to the list distribution point of the tool object.
