We are using HAProxy as the load balance service for our enterprise application. The infrastructure is in AWS, and the HAProxy server is running on an AWS EC2 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Server.
Recently we came across a 100% CPU issue, and we had to stop & start the EC2 instance from AWS console as we were unable to login to the instance though SSH. Now we are trying to do the root cause analysis and we are looking for any log(s) that captures history of processes running (with the details). Is there such a log available in Ubuntu instances? If not, what is be best option to address this type of a scenario.
