i made a very simple Node program to make a http request to www.example.com
But now i wanna filter the response and specifically get the innerhtml of the h1 tag in the response (ie get the string "example domain")
when working in the DOM you can simply write something like:
document.body.getElementsByTagName("h1")[0].innerHTML
here is the js code:
const https = require('http')
const options = {
hostname: 'www.example.com',
port: 80,
method: 'GET'
}
const req = https.request(options, res => {
res.on('data', d => {
process.stdout.write(d)
})
})
req.end()
so what i wanna do is something like d.body.h1.innerhtml
