c++ - Doxygen CPP file documentation source file missing

Question

I have a class being used across several files, all these files are missing but the functions are documented under the class. I want the documentation to be file wise and also files to be visible.

MainFolder
 -SubfolderA
 -SubfolderB
 -SubfolderC

This is the actual folder structure but in doxygen chm file under modules section

Modules
 -MainFolder
  -SubfolderB
  -SubfolderC

But under the files section SubfolderA is present along with other folders
