c# - Nuget Package version conflict

Question

There is nuget version conflict issue with my Asp.Net Web application built using .Net Framework 4.7.2. I need to have 2 internal nuget packages installed in the application say pkg1 and pkg2. pkg1 needs Newtonsoft.json version to be exactly 10.0.3 and pkg2 needs it >=12.0.3. the application works if I add Newtonsoft.json as a and further install pkg2 as a The issue occurs while restoring the packages on build server (or anywhere). it restores nothing and on build gives error "Error This project references NuGet package(s) that are missing on this computer" If I remove the two packages with attribute , rest of the packages get restored and the only error remains with pkg2. Is there any defined way to restore both the and in one go? or handle this version conflict in a better way.
