Swift Package Manager Perfect-LocalAuthentication-MySQL not found. It is required by target

Question

I'm trying to add the Perfect-LocalAuthentication-MySQL package to my Swift Project. I can add the .package no problem, but when I specify it as a dependancy under my targets, Xcode complains and says: "product 'Perfect-LocalAuthentication-MySQL' not found. It is required by target 'GainsServer'."

while simultaneously saying: "dependency 'Perfect-LocalAuthentication-MySQL' is not used by any target"

As if I've not added the package, but the package has been added and not been used by the project. Please help, all help is appreciated! Thanks!
