loopback4 - How to override the application basepath for a given controller

Question

I've configured an application-level basepath "/api/" and I'd like to not apply it on the "/ping" endpoint which I use as the internal healthcheck endpoint in a kubernetes deployment.

How can I override the application-level basepath for the ping controller ?
