wordpress - associate custom taxonomy terms with woocommerce product

Question

I am creating products via Woocommerce(WC) REST API. WC seamlessly linked categories with product post-type.

I have create two custom taxonomies(CT) associated with WC products.

Now when creating via rest, is there a way to link the terms in my CT to WC products.
