Plugin for Android studio - issue with Retrofit dependency

Question

I am creating custom plugin for Android studio 4.1.1 in Intellij 2020.1.4. Problem is that when run it from Intellij it works fine but when import it as jar file in AS there is error:

Dependencies in build.gradle

}
