command line interface - twilio flex plugin API key

Question

I am trying to deploy a flex project, but no matter how many time I login to cli with new credentials,twilio cli will try to deploy plugin using old API KEY and SECRECT. which cause error 20003 or ERROR Failed API Request 20003 authenticate

Any solutions?
