encryption - How to implement decryption using Encrypt flutter package from assets folder?

Question

Code final jsonString = await rootBundle.loadString('assets/anci.txt.aes');

final key = Key.fromUtf8('12345678901234567890212345678923');
final iv = IV.fromLength(16);
final encrypter = Encrypter(AES(key));

//final encrypted = encrypter.encrypt(jsonString, iv: iv);
final decrypted = encrypter.decrypt64(jsonString, iv: iv);

print(decrypted);

I have encrypted the file using this package, then I put it in the asset to decrypt from the asset folder but I can't figure it out.

I get this error

`FormatException: Invalid character (at character 1024)
