I am new to React and I am trying to get values from Multiselect to pass them to another function. Been looking for it for few hours now and still can't find any good solution
My code looks like this:
import React from 'react';
import { Multiselect } from 'multiselect-react-dropdown';
class Table extends React.Component{
constructor(props) {
super(props)
this.state = {
options: [{name: 'Srigar', id: 1},{name: 'Sam', id: 2}],
values: []
}
}
handleChange = (e) => {
this.setState(this.state.values, Array.isArray(e) ? e.map(x => x.value) : []);
}
render() {
return (
<div>
<Multiselect
options={this.state.options}
selectedValues={this.state.selectedValue}
onClick={this.handleChange}
displayValue="name"
/>
<p>
{this.state.values}
</p>
</div>
)
}
}
export default Table;
It's sth basic but I am really new to React and must get this done. Can you please advice how to make a list of all selected values so I could pass them to another function?
