dax - Producing a visual for change in value month on month PowerBI

Question

I'm trying to replicate the following figure produced in Splunk, I would like to produce a similar figure in PowerBI. My knowledge of PowerBI is nearly non-existent.

The query in Splunk is as follows: index="dataset_name" | timechart span=1month dc(UserId) AS "User Count"
