dart - How can I make a SearchBar similar to Chormes in Flutter?

Question

I′m new to Flutter (and StackOverflow) and I wanted to create a SearchBar that is at the bottom of the SliverAppBar (I think) and when you scroll down it stays in the pinned space, similar to what the Chrome app does:

And I would like to do something like this (when expanded)

I have seen similar things but non that integrates it in the SliverAppBar and/or shows it when collapsed.
