visual studio code - How to use cmd + esc combintion as VSC editior shortcut?

Question

I was using 'alt' + 'esc' cobination to open suggest window in visual studio code, but it is not as comfortable as clicking 'cmd' + 'esc' combination.

My question is how can I set this combination, and if I'm even able to do that?

When I want to change keybinding I cannot use this combination
