How to us linux qt's themes on windows?

Question

Qt's default gui too old for windows 10, But KDE(or linux) community had gathered a lot of themes. it's possible I use these themes on windows still?

I had know Qt can load custom css by command options, but it's more convenience if there have a global configure options.
