ruby on rails - Does Heroku has a way to support activegraph?(neo4j)

Question

Activegraph which is an active model on top of neo4j-ruby-driver gem, however, the neo4j-ruby-driver gem requries libseabolt installed,https://github.com/neo4j-drivers/seabolt, but I did not figure out a way to install this extension on a running heroku instance since the running heroku instance is a read-only container, anyone have any idea about that
