php - When I use submit form within the page where I Use GET variable, It removes the GET ID

Question

I'm working on Post page which came from All posts page. Here in post page I also mention the comment form , but when I submit this form it's not working. I guess when we submit again the previous GET become clear.

My Question is how can I use the GET ID after submit the form?
