environment host variable name change VS code

Question

I'm having difficulty changing my host name to the default 'localhost'. So in the case where I start up the server for a react app from the terminal within VS code, it will show the link to the app. Please can someone help me to configure in my settings the correct json code to change the url to 'localhost'.yarn start
