ORACLE APEX Connect Bar Chart to Interactive Report

Question

I have in the same page a Chart and an IR. I would like to connect Interactive Report to a Bar chart in the same page. I mean ; when I choose some conditions in IR, at the same time should change the chart. When I choose a month in IR, in the chart should I see only this month too.

How can I do this in APEX 20.
