dns - How to point subdomain to a Heroku app from goDaddy?

Question

In Godaddy I have the root domain hosted somewhere else. Now I want to host my dashboard from a sub-domain of this root domain.

I have added the subdomain successfully in heroku. And I have got the DNS target there. But not getting where I have to put that in my goDaddy DNS settings?

I am trying to add a CNAME record in godaddy but dont know what to put into the host and points to tabs?

Root domain: starman.com

subdomain : app.starman.com (where I want to host my heroku domain)
