machine learning - Fixing a variable in regression models python

Question

I'm going the test the impact of a predictor variable in my data analysis report. To test this I want to create two models, in which there will be 3 predictor variables in the first one and the additional predictor variable in the second one. To achieve this, I was told to fix the first three predictors in the second model. How can I do this in python?
