webdriver - Block "redirect" pop-up in robot framework with selenium (in Python)

Question

I need to test a website but it has a pop-up that automatically reload the page when the idle state is in a long time. That makes our scripts fail suddenly. So, Do you have any idea about this case? How could I block that function before test or close pop up when it appears each time. Click here to see image Regards
