python - scikit-learn FeatureHasher implementation equivalent in c++

Question

Is there any existing c++ implementation of feature hashing (hash trick) that would give the same output as FeatureHasher function from sklearn(python)? I need to use int c++ a LightGBM model that was trained in python, and my feature extraction function should produce the same output as the one in python. I am having trouble coming up with a c++ implementation that will produce the same results as:

FeatureHasher(10, input_type="string").transform([['first']]).toarray()[0]
FeatureHasher(10, input_type="string").transform([['first', 'second']]).toarray()[0]
