c# - HTTP Error 500.30 - ANCM In-Process Start Failure ( When using Connected Service)

Question

Am facing strange HTTP Error 500.30 - ANCM In-Process Start Failure error when I integrated connected services to call WCF service in APi.

Without connected service if I deploy, things work fine but when i build and deploy code which consumes WCF server I get this error.
