VPS on OVH for Mosquitto with Websocket SSL from LetsEncrypt Certbot - Connection closed by peer

Question

I Install mosquitto on VPS form OCH with instruction on page: https://upcloud.com/community/tutorials/install-secure-mqtt-broker-ubuntu/

or

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-secure-the-mosquitto-mqtt-messaging-broker-on-ubuntu-18-04

It work in TCP(SSL) but not work with Websocket(SSL). When I try open port 8083 is automatically closed by peer?

TCP(SSL) work fine after I copy PEM file from /live/…. To other folder.

Please about advice.
