xna - Using DD to write data from one file, to a specific address of another file

So I am working on a tool to allow for Custom Camo textures inside a XNA / MonoGame First Person Shooter called False Front. Firstly, I've checked to make sure this does not violate their Terms. I have also contacted a studio head to be safe. I've managed to extract the games files (in .XNB format) and using XNBCli have been able to access the .PNGs. Until now to reinsert the file back into the game, I've had to do so manually by replacing the bytes with HxD. I was looking for new alternatives when I stumbled upon DD. How would I go about inserting all the data inside "X800_green_T.xnb" to "ContentFile.scc" at B224BE6C. I've had absolutely no experience with DD (aside from hearing about it previously on Linux), so any help is greatly appreciated! I've explored the usage of batch files to do it but I haven't been able to find a decent alternative. If you believe you have something that may work better than DD, please let me know. Thanks!
