reactjs - Getting error pushing Heroku on React App

Question

Attempting to upload my site to heroku, but I'm very new to it. I've installed heroku cli, created the app and connected it with MongoDB. I set the user and password, do a SKIP_PREFLIGHT_CHECK, and attempt to git push heroku, when it errors, saying cd: can't cd to frontend. I'm doing this at the root folder and not in backend or frontend. One of the errors it throws is

remote: npm ERR! [email protected] build: `cd frontend && npm install && npm run build`

I've uninstalled npm, heroku, and deleted the package-lock.json and readded it, as I was instructed to in other answers and it's still throwing the same errors.
