How can i combine 2 discord bots (discord.py)

Question

so i am trying to merge my discord bots, one for music and one for fun and administration.I can't figure out how can i merge them. =)) I have tried cogs and just pasting the bots together, but 1 bot has cogs and the other one doesn't.
