Add new syntax to gcc C

Question

I want to add for my project a new for loop type like plugin to gcc. I don't find how to do it with plugins.

mfor (size_t form[]={0,0,0}, size_t max[]={5,4,3}) {
    //do stuff
}
//Whicth have to be replace by a  while loop
size_t indexs[] = {0,0,0};
size_t max[]={5,4,3};
while (cond) {
    //do stuff

    //Update pos
    for (i=0; ...) {
        ...
    }   
}

I don't want to write an other program/script to just replace my mfor loop by actually what it have to be replaced by.
