Can't configure the pgadmin webserver

Question

I am trying to configure the webserver, but when I try I get this message:

dreamecho100@dreamecho100:/$ sudo /usr/pgadmin4/bin/setup-web.sh
sudo: /usr/pgadmin4/bin/setup-web.sh: command not found

I tried to navigate to /usr/pgadmin4/bin

dreamecho100@dreamecho100:/$ cd /usr/pgadmin4/bin
dreamecho100@dreamecho100:/usr/pgadmin4/bin$ ls
pgadmin4
